A brief history
Welcome to my website, my name is Neil, I am the owner of The Shires Bespoke Stone Worktops. I have over 30 years experience within the stone industry as a fabricator, installer and restorer of stone worktops.
Over the years I have provided advice, guidance and training for those wishing to enter the stone industry and provided expert witness testimony in litigation for third party disputes involving stone workmanship and quality.
I believe in providing an exclusive personal service for each individual customer, giving dedicated time and attention to your worktops or other stone requirements. We do not take on multiple jobs at the same time. Each project is personally overseen by myself.
Over the years I have worked on a wide range of projects ranging from commercial stone installations, restoration work at the Tate Gallery, through to my main work of supplying, templating, masoning and installing beautiful bespoke stone kitchen worktops.
With the attitude that stone worktops are a premium product and every project deserves the same high service level and attention to detail I pride myself on quality workmanship.
